Since eBizCard.au provides digital services (subscriptions, digital identity tools, and SaaS features), our refund and cancellation policy is different from physical goods. Please review the terms below.

The following terms apply to any digital subscription or service purchased from us.

2. Services refer to the digital business card SaaS platform provided by eBizCard.au.

3. Orders mean a request by You to purchase access to our Services.

4. Website refers to eBizCard.au, accessible from https://ebizcard.au

5. You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Your Subscription Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to request cancellation of your subscription within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not heavily used or customized the Service (e.g., generated multiple cards, domains, or NFC orders).

Refunds are not available after 7 days, or if the Service has been significantly used.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us by email:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Refunds may only be considered if:

1. The subscription was purchased in the last 7 days.

2. he Service was not used to create multiple cards, domains, or downloadable features.

3. The request complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Refundable Services:

Custom domains purchased via eBizCard.au.

NFC Cards (once printed/shipped).

Lifetime plan purchases (except as required by law).

Returning Goods (if applicable)

Since eBizCard.au is a digital service, no physical goods are shipped. If you ordered NFC cards, return instructions will be provided separately in accordance with Australian consumer rights.
