How long will my eBizCard stay active?
Your eBizCard stays live as long as your plan is valid. Free plans are active forever, while Pro and Lifetime plans ensure your card remains online for the full duration you choose (2 years, 4 years, or lifetime).
Can I update my details after creating my card?
Yes! You can edit your phone number, email, education, skills, and links anytime from your dashboard. Your QR code and link remain the same, so you don’t need to reprint or resend it.
Can I move my eBizCard to another platform or export it?
Your eBizCard is hosted on our secure platform. However, you can download your QR code, vCard file, and share your link anywhere, including on resumes, LinkedIn, or emails.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! On Pro and Lifetime plans, you can connect your own custom domain (e.g., yourname.com) instead of using the default eBizCard.au link.
How many cards can I create?
With the Free plan, you can create 1 eBizCard. Pro plans allow multiple cards (for resume, freelance, personal use), while Lifetime plans give you unlimited cards.
